If you subscribed to Our newsletter, any processing related to sending you newsletters or provide you with information about Our products is based on the consent (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR) you gave separately when subscribing to the newsletter. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the link provided in each of Our newsletters. Such withdrawal will only be effective for future processing of data.

Our Website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Our merchandising store is hosted on the Storenvy platform. Your data may be stored through Storenvy’s data storage, databases and the general Storenv applications. They seek to protect your Personal Data using appropriate technical and organizational measures based on the type of Personal Data and applicable processing activity. For example, they use encryption to keep your Personal data secure.

Our music store is hosted on the Bandcamp (Bandcamp, Inc.) platform. Your data may be stored through Bandcamp’s data storage, databases and the general Bandcamp applications. Bandcamp endeavors to protect user information to ensure that your Personal Data is kept private. They use reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the Personal Information.

3.3. Managing contacts and sending newsletters and messages

If, in keeping with article 6, paragraph 1, sentence 1, letter a. of the GDPR, you have explicitly consented to this, We will make use of your e-mail address for purposes of regularly sending you Our newsletter, messages and marketing. Our interest is directed towards deploying a user-friendly and secure newsletter systems that both serves Our business interests and corresponds to the expectations of the users. For receipt of the newsletter disclosure of an e-mail address is sufficient. Optionally, We may ask you to give your name and your country, for purposes of addressing you personally, as well as country-specific information, in the newsletter.

 

Dispatch Service: The dispatch of the newsletter is undertaken by “MailChimp”, a newsletter-dispatch platform of the US provider Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. You can read the data-protection provisions of the dispatch service here: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/. The e-mail addresses of Our newsletter recipients, as well as their further data described in the context of this information, are stored on the servers of MailChimp in the USA. MailChimp uses this information to dispatch and to evaluate the newsletter on Our behalf. Furthermore, according to its own information MailChimp can use this data for optimization or improvement of its own services, e.g. for technical optimization of the dispatch service and for presentation of the newsletter, or for economic purposes, to determine from which countries the recipients come. MailChimp does not, however, use the data of Our newsletter recipients to contact them itself, nor does it pass on the data to a third party. We trust in MailChimp’s reliability and in its IT and data security. We may use Show.co marketing services for campaigns where we send you a specific digital item with your consent to do so if you provide us with an e-mail address.
